Stiletto® Custom Collectors

Many phone systems have one or more proprietary collector protocols, which operate over either X.25 or TCP/IP networks. In these cases, a collector must be compatible with the specific switch. In addition to its standard nodes, the Stiletto® application offers a wide variety of collection protocols as add on modules.

Nortel AFT

  • AFT is a Nortel collection protocol using TCP/IP or X.25.

Nortel XFER

  • XFER is a Nortel collection protocol using X.25

Lucent AMATPS

  • Icon AMATPS is a Lucent collection protocol using X.25.

Lucent AMATPDCI

  • AMATPDCI is a protocol for cellular or PCS. (also known as HICAPAMA)

Lucent AMADNS

  • AMADNS is a Lucent collection protocol using TCP/IP.

TSB SOLO

  • SOLO is a PBX SMDR buffer collection protocol using TPC/IP.
